Mantor Tugger / Retainer

(5 customer reviews)

This retainer is so comfortable you’ll forget you have it on. It’s completely unfelt.

The double gripper made from platinum skin safe silicone is strechy and grippy.

It will adjust to your body’s temperature.

It has a large hole in the middle so you could actually pee through it without having to take it of.

If you have enough skin to contain an erection you can sleep with it and have your glans covered 24/7.

This retainer can be a tugger too.

The ideal choice for beginners who are not sure about starting their restoration journey.

It can be used in two ways:

  • You can manual tug with it, using your thumb with the ring and pulling away from the body.
  • You can attach strap with a hook to the ring, and see how well the the tugger holds your skin.

Best retainer and good ever. So grateful.
To make it better i put the longer cords on mine instead of the short ones. This is more function to my personal preferences as well as there is now no risk the cord will severe the silicone as the pull is now straight instead of at an angle.

I think this is my favorite elastic strap tugger I’ve tried. I was looking for something lower profile and more comfortable than my usual inflation device to wear to work during the day, and this fits the bill just perfectly! It’s very well made and the grippers are super soft and sticky so it holds its grip without being uncomfortable. I will likely buy more Mantor devices in the future.

For Beginners with Foreskin restoration who measure themselves at a CI 1 or CI 2 level

Mantor Classic: Normally 1 Rod of 8 Cm and another Rod of 10 Cm should be good to begin with.

Mantor DS: Normally 1 Rod of 10 Cm and another Rod of 12 Cm should be good to begin with.

If you are more than CI 2, please measure your foreskin’s stretchable length to find the correct Rod size for you.

    1. Place your index fingers on the glans. With the other hand grab the foreskin.

    2. Slowly push the glans inside the penis. With the other hand pull the foreskin forward as far as possible.

    3. Mark with the thumb the point where the foreskin reaches to.

    4. Use a measurement tool to measure the distance.

Calculation of the correct rod size:

    For the Mantor-Restorer classic version:
Add 3 cm to the number you have measured.
For example, in the photo the number is 8 so a rod of 11 cm will be the one that fits.

Another example, If your stretching distance turned out to be 9.5 Cm, round it up to 10 Cm and add 3.
10+3=13 Cm.  The correct Rod size for you will be 13Cm

For the Mantor Restorer DS version:
Add 5 cm to the number you have measured.
For example, in the photo the number is 8 so a rod of 13 cm will be the one that fits.

Another example, If you have measured a distance of 9.5 Cm, round up the number to 10, then add 5 = Rod of 15Cm will be the one that fits.

When ordering it is recommended to choose one rod according to the size obtained in the calculation and a second rod slightly bigger (2-3 cm) to enjoy both the possibility of a good tug with a short rod and a longer one you can grow into.
You can add more rods to your order at the accessories part of the shop, and enjoy even more flexibility.

    Guide for choosing a pusher

The Pusher pads are divided into two types: Notched and Round.

First step in choosing the pusher for you is to determine whether you need a notched pusher or a round pusher.

Notched is for restorers who are left with a remanent of the frenulum.

Round is for those without any frenulum left.

Each type of pusher comes in 4 different sizes.

You should first measure your glans to decide which size fits you:

As you can see by the picture, there are two ways to measure your glans.

It is recommended to do both and see if you qualify to the same pusher size.

    * To measure your circumference you will need a measuring tape, and in case you don’t have one, you can cut a strip of paper as shown in picture Nr 1.

    * Then, put the strip of paper around the base of the glans. Make sure the strip gently encircles the glans (Picture Nr 2).

Do not press on the glans as it will become smaller and give a wrong result.

    * Mark the spot where the strip completes a whole circle (Picture Nr. 3)

    * Measure the distance between the edge of the strip to the mark. (Picture Nr. 4) Make sure you measure it from the correct direction!

To measure your glans width, simply lay a ruler on the base of the glans where it is the widest. Make sure to look at the ruler straight above the center of the glans to get the most accurate point of view.

How to match your measurement with a pusher?

Medium: Designed for restorers with a glans circumference smaller or equal to 99 mm/3.9 inches, and a width smaller or equal to 32 mm/1.25 Inches

    Large: Designed for restorers with a glans circumference between 100 – 114 mm / 4 – 4.5 Inches and a width of 33–37 mm / 1.3-1.45 Inches

    X-Large: Designed for restorers with a glans circumference between 115 – 130 mm / 4.5 – 5.1 Inches and a width of 38-42 mm / 1.5 – 1.65 Inches

XX – Large: Designed for restorers with a glans circumference larger or equal than 130 mm / 5.2 Inches and a width larger or equal to 43 mm / 1.7 Inches.

My measurement came out right in between two size categories, which one should I choose?

In that case, look at the shape of your glans. If it has a pointed tip, choose the smaller size category. If it has a rounded cap, choose the larger size category.

I have received my pusher, how do I know if I made the right choice?

Here is a series of pictures to illustrate the difference between the pusher’s sizes.

The glans in the picture has a circumference of 11Cm and is 34mm wide, therefore the large Pusher is the fitting one.

These pictures will help you to determine whether the pusher you have chosen is indeed suitable for you.

Is it really that important to do all these measurements?

Definitely Yes. The Mantor’s unique pusher is designed to let you comfortably put pressure on your glans without causing any discomfort. A fitting pusher is critical for your success. Getting a pusher that is too small or too big greatly reduces your comfort and thus will most likely prevent you from enjoying the full potential of the Mantor.

    What is it made of?

The Mantor’s pusher is made from a skin safe, platinum soft silicone manufactured in the USA.
